Our Commitment to Quality
We consider quality a key element in everything we do. Every aspect of our business is carefully controlled to ensure that high standards are continually met within the products and services we supply. A culture of process control, inspection and quality testing governs the work we do, from initial design conception through to product manufacture and subsequent support in the field.
Using the Honeywell Operating System model, which implements principles such as LEAN and Six Sigma, to monitor, control and develop our processes and production, we are able to uphold the high standards in quality that our customers expect.
As part of our commitment to quality assurance, we are approved to both
ISO 9000:2008 (Quality Management) and ISO 14001:2004 (Environmental Management Systems) and ATEX QAN EN 13980:2002.
Process Control and Manufacture
All aspects of Honeywell Analytics’ manufacturing and production processes are controlled. Many of the products we make are certified to ATEX standards as well as additional third party accreditations that include: Baseefa (United Kingdom), BAM (Germany), EXAM (Germany), UL (America), FM Approval (America), CSA (Canada), CCCF (China), IECEx, GOST (Russia), AREVA (Germany), and Inmetro (Brazil).
We have an advanced system of in-house inspection and process auditing, which governs all aspects of the manufacturing process. This means that everything from the raw materials we receive from third-party suppliers, right through to how we finally assemble our gas detection devices is carefully controlled.
